Select your favorite template [Skip step 1,2 if you already have a Blog]
Edit Layout of your blog and click on "Add a Gadget" link
In the popup, search for "10celebs.com"
Select the gadgets you like. Choose "Wallpaper of the day" or "Random Wallpapers"
